About club
Kits Sports Club is established in 1989 to develop physical standards and abilities to know and play various games and sports. Every year students represents institute in inter collegiate tournaments conducted by RTMNU. About 20 various sports/games like volleyball,basketball, handball, football, throwball, tennikoit, badminton, table tennis, chess,carrom, lawn tennis, cricket, kho-kho, kabaddi, softball, track and field events like 100m, 200m, 400m, 800m, relay, shotput, long jump, javelin throw, discuss throw, hammer throw are conducted every year in college intramurals.
Institute consists of well equipped gymnasium for boys and girls and every year a best physique will be selected and awarded with "Mr. Kits" title.
Apart from this a meditation centre hall is provided for the students to emphasize spiritual and physical strength.
Every year the best sports men and best sports women are selected and awarded on annual day

Hostels
KITS, Ramtek, being located in a rural area hostel accommodation is planned and provided to meet the demands of the students by the VODITHALA EDUCATION SOCIETY. There are exclusive student residences for both boys and girls separately.

DINING HALLS:
All the hostellers are provided with boarding facility in 3 Dining halls (Jamuna,Triveni (A/C) and Kaveri (A/C)) which are managed on a co-operative basis. Each dining hall is provided with facilities such as steam cooking, hot roti maker machine, water cooler, cold storage, to ensure hygiene environment. These dining halls are under the control of Mess Wardens. The student representatives choose the menu in their messes.
WHOM TO REPORT
The Principal is the Chief Warden and will be assisted by the Sr. Warden in all hostel matters. The Hall Warden for each hostel will be the in-charge for allotment of rooms, discipline and welfare of the students, etc.
Norms and regulations for the student residents:
Inmates of the hostel should stay only in the rooms allotted to them by the Warden. They should not either interchange the rooms among themselves, or shift to another room without the permission of the Warden.
Inmates should not leave station without informing the Warden. They must observe the study hours from 2000 to 2300 hrs. on all days. During the visits of the Warden, if any student is found to be absent from his/her room, disciplinary action will be taken against him/her.
Hostellers who desire to go out for genuine reasons like purchase of books, etc. should apply to the Warden in writing stating the purpose and place of visit and obtain prior permission for going out.
RAGGING
Ragging on the Campus is practically eliminated by the Anti-Ragging Committee. Security is provided to the fresher students round the clock.

Gymnasium
KITS,Ramtek believes firmly that a student must be physical fit to take on the challenges of the professional education. The institute has always given equal importance to the professional fitness, as well as to physical fitness. The institute has a in state-of-the art gymnasium for boys and girls students. The gymnasium has modern fitness equipments like Training Bench, Dumbbell Set, Barbell Set, Pull-up Frame, Bicycle and many others. The institute has hosted an annual award titled as “Mr.KITS” and is given to the student having best physique. The gymnasium has Indoor Wooden Badminton Court, Table Tanis Court having three tables and a Basket Ball court.

SEMINAR /CONFERENCE HALLS
The institute has state of the art well equipped seminar/conference halls for the presentations,training programs, quizzes and guest lectures and also for clubs and association activities. There are 03 seminar halls and 01 conference hall.
Sports Amenities:
The institute offers best of the sports and games facilities to the students which is evident from the laurels brought to the institute by the students. The sports and games activities are held throughout the academic year for both boys and girls. The indoor games complex, built to international standards, has facilities for basket-ball, badminton, table-tennis, caroms and chess and it has a gymnasium. The institute has an well-equipped 12 and 4 stations gymnasium and weight lifting sets and about 140 students make use of these facilities everyday. Apart from this, outdoor games facilities like Cricket, foot ball, basket ball, Volley ball, Hand ball, Kabaddi, Kho-Kho, Lawn tennis and Tracks (200mts) are also available for sports and games.
Other on campus amenities:
Prayer Hall : The institute also has prayer hall, where the devotees gather and offer prayers on every Thursday. Religious discourses are also conducted.
Meditation Center:A meditation center surrounded by lush green lawns is a paradise for those who regularly practice yoga and meditation.
Bank with ATM Facility:UCO bank has opened a full fledged branch in the campus since inception of the institute. Recently they have provided an ATM facility also.
Post office:A Post Office is considered to be a vital connecting link anywhere. Post office located in the campus serves the needs of students, staff and official communications.
R O Plant:To provide a potable drinking water to the students and employees of the institute an RO plant has been commissioned in the campus whose output is 500 ltrs/hr.
.P.C.O:In order to facilitate an instant communication of the students with their parents, we provided a public call office right in the campus. It operates round the clock for marking telephone calls. Telephones are also installed in boys hostels and girls hostel to receive the in-coming calls for students.
Canteen: A canteen located in the campus caters to the needs of students and staff. An open air space with low-grown hedges all round offers a pleasant experience of having snacks etc.
Dispensary: Medical facilities are provided to the needy through an in-house dispensary. Consultant doctor is appointed to provide the medical aid.
Departmental Stores:A provision of Departmental stores is made to cater to the daily needs of the students as well as the other inmates of the campus. Stationary items are also sold through the Departmental stores.
T.V. Facility: Multi-channel T.V. sets are provided in the hostels for the recreation of the students.
Security:This Institute has a provided a round the clock security for the safety of campus, its inhabitants and the infrastructure.
