KAVIKULGURU INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY AND SCIENCE (KITS)

Three Days Workshop on ‘Employability Skills’ was organized by Training & Placement Cell of Kavikulguru Institute of Technology and Science, Ramtek for  all B.E. Sixth Semester  students of all the branches separately during 20.02.2023 to 01.03.2023. Total 280 students participated in the workshop. The two Workshops were organized for Computer Technology students during 20^th February to 22^nd February 2023 in Srinivasa Ramanujan Seminar Hall and Room No. 910. Total 96 students were registered and present during these workshops.  The next two Workshops were organized for Information Technology and Electrical Engg. students during 23^rd  February to 25^th  February 2023. Total 69 students were registered and present during these workshops. The last two workshops were organized for Civil Engg., Mechanical Engg. and B. Arch. students during 27^th   February to 1^st March 2023. Total 115 students were registered and present during these workshops.

These workshops were conducted by Keyoar, Bangalore, Sri. N .Ramadorai   and  team members Dr. Mrs. Sreepriya Ashok, Mr. J. Dinakar, Mr. Dinesh Joshi, Mr. K. Venkatesh delivered the content. The Training workshop included the topics like SWOT Analysis, CV Writing, Group Discussion, Personal Interview etc. The workshop was executed successfully.

Students felt very confident after attending the workshop. They expressed their gratitude towards the Management in particular, Shri V. Srinivasa Rao, Secretary,  Shri V. Pranav, Executive Director (Admin), Principal Dr. Avinash Shrikhande and  Dr. S.P. Chincholkar Incharge T & P of KITS, Ramtek for conducting such training programmes  and workshops.
