Three days workshop on Employability Skills
Training and Placement Cell of Kavikulguru Institute of Technology and Science, Ramtek organized three days workshop on Employability Skills for the students of B.E. sixth semester during 26-28 December 2019. This workshop was conducted by Keyoar, Bangalore. A team comprises of renowned personalities from different organizations. In these three days students undergone training related to enhancement of their communication skills, personality development and employability skills which will be useful for them during placement.
The valedictory function of the workshop was graced by the presence of Hon. Sri V. Srinivasa Rao, Secretary, Vodithala Education Society as a chief guest. In his address he focused on the need of enhancement of employability skills in today’s scenario. He mentioned that students should undergo such kind of training program. Sri K. Sitharam of Keyoar, Bangalore appreciated the management for their initiative and involvement of staff and students.
In feedback session, students have expressed their happiness and gratefulness towards the management and to the Principal for coordinating such programs not only for placement but for overall development of an individual.
