ICC organizes awareness program on "Women's Hygiene and Personality development"
An awareness program on "Women's Hygiene and Personality Development" was organized on 06.08.2025 at Kavikulguru Institute of Technology and Science (KITS), Ramtek. The program was conducted by the Internal Complaints Committee (ICC) in association with Y Connect.
Ms. Mitali S. Paltiwale, Master Trainer from Y Connect, Mumbai, was the guest speaker. The objective of the program was to raise awareness about women's hygiene and promote self-care practices, which play a vital role in boosting confidence and influencing personality development. Ms. Paltiwale spoke about the importance of maintaining good hygiene habits and shared insights on personality development, with a particular emphasis on the concept of BYOB (Be Your Own Boss).
On this occasion, Mrs. Kalpana Thakare, Head of the Department, B.Arch, shared her thoughts on the theme of the program. Mrs. Vaishali Pande, Presiding Officer, ICC, outlined the goals of the initiative and extended heartfelt thanks to the guest speaker for her valuable contribution.
Mrs. Saroj Shambharkar, ICC member, proposed the vote of thanks and acknowledged the support and encouragement provided by the Management, Principal and appreciated the presence of the audience, which contributed to the success of the event.

The program was conducted under the guidance of Dr. Avinash N. Shrikhande, Principal, and Dr. Pankaj Ashtankar, Dean (Student Affairs) and HoD, Electronics and Communication Engineering.
Approximately 100 female staff members and students participated in the program, which received positive feedback for its informative and empowering content
