Internal Complaints Committee Organised an Awareness Program on “POSH Act 2013”

Internal Complaints Committee, Kavikulguru Institute of Technology and Science (KITS), Ramtek organized an Awareness Program on "POSH ACT, 2013" on 6th January 2026. Advocate Manjusha M. Ghatode, High Court Nagpur, was the resource person. Adv. Manjusha Ghatode emphasized scope and implications of POSH ACT 2013. She has aware the participants about the redressal mechanism too. She also stressed that the staff members must be aware about the Act to promote a safe, inclusive, and respectful workplace culture. Presiding Officer, Mrs. Vaishali Pande, Internal Complaints Committee (ICC) outlined the objectives of the awareness program. Mrs. Saroj Shambharkar, Member, ICC expressed sincere gratitude to Hon’ble Shri V. Srinivasa Rao and Sri. V. Pranav, Executive Director, Vodithala Education Society, Hyderabad, for their continuous support and encouragement towards organizing such awareness programs. She also conveyed heartfelt thanks to Dr. Avinash N. Srikhande, Principal, KITS, Ramtek, for his guidance and motivation to conduct such program at the institute. The proceedings of the Program conducted by Ms. Harshita Jain, Assistant Professor,CTD. Mrs. Sangita Bhure and ICC team worked hard for successful conduct of the program. Staff members, Teaching and Non-Teaching actively participated and appreciated the insightful program.
