Blood Donation Camp at KITS Ramtek on Martyrs Day

Every year, Martyrs' Day is observed on January 30th in memory of Mahatma Gandhi. This year, Kavikulguru Institute of Technology and Science, Ramtek, observed Martyrs' Day with a Mega Blood Donation Camp at the institute's Gymnasium building.

117 donors, including the Principal, teaching and non-teaching staff, and students, generously donated blood. Principal Dr. Avinash Shrikhande garlanded Mahatma Gandhi's portrait and observed two minutes of silence at 11 am. Distinguished guests, including Dr. Ravi Bhange of Rainbow Blood Bank, and Director Dr. Harish Varbhe of Lifeline Bloodline,P.M. Pokley, Dr. Vilas Mahatme , B.D. Tale graced the occasion. NSS Program Officer Dr. Udhal Hatwar, NCC ANO Lt. Rajat Yadav, Mr. Dinesh Joshi, Physical Training Instructor; and others guided students to make the event successful. Dean Dr. Pankaj Ashtankar welcomed dignitaries and thanked everyone present. The event highlighted the institute's commitment to social responsibility and community service.
