Student Hostel
Hostel life is an integral part of a student’s journey in any engineering college. It provides a comfortable and secure environment that supports not only academic growth but also personal development and cultural exchange. We, at Kavikulguru Institute of Technology and Science, Ramtek, providing separate hostel facilities for boys and girls, each equipped with essential amenities such as well-furnished rooms, hygienic air-cooled dining halls, air cooled reading halls, departmental store, uninterrupted power and RO water supply.
Beyond just accommodation, hostels play a significant role in the holistic development of students. They help cultivate a sense of independence, responsibility, and time management. Students learn to live in a community, collaborate with peers from diverse cultures, and develop life-long friendships. Safety and discipline are given top priority, with wardens, caretakers, and support staff available round-the-clock. Regular cleanliness drives, maintenance checks, and health and wellness programs contribute to a healthy and organized living atmosphere.
The quality of life is one of the most important factors considered by the students deciding to stay in the College hostels. By quality, it is not just the rooms but also the overall environment of the college campus. Ours is one of the greenest Campus in the Vidarbha region with all the facilities. The stay at our campus provides a wealth of experience by developing qualities such as camaraderie and social responsibility.
Our Objective
KITS, Ramtek, being located in a rural area hostel accommodation is planned and provided to meet the demands of the students by the VODITHALA EDUCATION SOCIETY.
Boys Hostels
Jamuna and Triveni are the two boys’ hostels located inside the campus, with the following capacities.

How and When to Apply?
-
First year students who have completed all the admission formalities will be eligible for hostel admission.

Application for admission to the hostel for subsequent years should be made in the hostel office at the time of renewal of admission process provided he/she is fulfilling all eligible criteria of respective course.

No student will be allowed to stay in the hostel without formal admission.

The hostel administration may refuse admission/renewal to any student without assigning reasons.
-
Every student should submit an undertaking before occupying the hostel that he/she will abide by the rules and regulations of the hostels and the discipline policy in force.
