The need of creating appropriate architecture to shelter man and his pursuits in relation to the space/place resources and time is a widely accepted and acknowledged program the world over.

We at KITS Ramtek understand the importance of imparting Architectural Education and the responsibility of creating architects well versed to shape a livable tomorrow.


B.Arch. Five year degree Course (Semester Pattern) of the R.T.M. Nagpur University. KITS Ramtek is approved and recognized by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) and the Council of Architecture (COA). It is offered at KITS since 1994 with an intake of 40 students per year.

Eligibility fore B.ARCH. Admission

Candidates who have passed standard XII (10+2) examination of the Maharashtra State Board or its equivalent with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics subjects, with aggregate 50% (for category students- 45%) and Qualified and/ or obtained marks at NATA (National Aptitude Test for Architecture) conducted by COA, New Delhi (www.nata.in) or JEE Paper II are eligible for admission in B-Arch course.

Aptitude Test (NATA)

  • Aptitude test is for finding out the applicant's basic awareness, observation potential, communication capability and drawing abilities and skills needed to pursue the learning of architecture.
  • This test covers free hand drawing, visualization, and observation, sketching from memory, color and aesthetic sensitivity, Mathematics and General Aptitude.
