Training and Placement Cell

Empowering students through structured training and strong industry collaborations.

The Training and Placement Cell is active in conducting training and facilitating student placements both on and off campus.

The cell is led by the Incharge - Training and Placement. Each engineering department has one faculty coordinator and two student coordinators to manage and communicate T&P activities effectively.

Additionally, a senior faculty member from each department is assigned to an alumni batch to ensure continuous engagement and coordination throughout the year.

Functions of the T and P Cell

The role of the T and P Cell is to enhance the overall personality of students through training in aptitude, group discussion techniques, interview skills, and professional ethics, along with the following functions:

To ensure maximum placement opportunities for eligible and interested students.
To actively interface and network with reputed companies and organizations.
To maintain and strengthen industry-institute relationships.
To assist students in communication and confidence-building for job readiness.
To conduct annual surveys of industry and research organization job requirements.
To organize on-campus interviews, in-plant training, and industry-sponsored projects.
To provide skill-enhancement training programs for students.
To create and maintain a database of alumni placed in reputed organizations.
To organize industrial visits, field trips, and study tours for students and staff.
To conduct Campus Recruitment Training (CRT) for third-year students.
To facilitate summer internships for third-year students.
To arrange expert guest lectures from senior industry professionals.
To assist students in securing apprenticeship training opportunities.
To conduct PreAssess-I and II by Cocubes for placement preparation.
