T & P Cell is associated with organizations like Gurukrupa Academy, CoCubes Technologies Pvt. Ltd., Costuco, Rankjunction, Mettl, Kaabil Bano, Lemon Ideas, and Million Minds helping students to boost their training and placement opportunities.

Employability Tests, aptitude test, communication skill play a major role in boosting placement opportunities. CoCubes Technologies Pvt. Ltd. gave an opportunity to the students in this regards. CoCubes-PreAssess is conducted the students from all branches of Engineering in every academic year. Since the validity of the test is for a period of one year, these students will continue to get opportunities even after their graduation from KITS.

Career Path Solutions Pvt. Ltd., Hyderabad conducted training on Campus to Career, (C2C) for the students of B.E. 3rd Year of all the branches, which is unanimously appreciated by all the students.

Campus Recruitment Training (CRT) is initiated at 3rd year level instead of waiting till their final year. It includes Aptitude, Mathematical, Reasoning, Communication Skills etc.

Students of all branches are permitted through T & P Cell to attend summer vacation training after university examination.

• Three Days Young Creator program organized in association with Zoho coroporation from 31/1/2024 to 2/2/2024.
• TCS Technical awareness Workshop on SAP for 3^rdyear organized in association with TCS, Nagpur on 12^th Jan 2024.
• Live webinar conducted on “Exciting carrier opportunities through emerging technologies and studying abroad” on 06-9-2022.
• T&P cell has done MoU with Zoho, Tamilnadu on 31/1/2024 to Provide the Training on ERP and placement in their company.

• Employbility test conducted on 12-05-2023 for 24 batches B. E. third year students in association with Cocube Pune. Total 222 students appeared for the test.
