Seminar on Entrepreneurship Development

A Seminar on “Entrepreneurship Development” was organized by Mechanical Engineering Department and Mechanical Engineering Association on dated 4/2/2025 at 11:00 to 1:00 PM for the students of Mechanical Engineering Department. Dr. Sujit Metre Principal, SBCC, Nagpur was the speaker. Program started with floral welcome of Speaker, Chief Guest, Principal and HOD, MED. Dr. Avinash Shrikhande, Principal, KITS, Ramtek as a chief guest emphasis on the Importance of Entrepreneurship Development for the future growth of the students.

Resource person Dr. Sujit Metre, in his lecture explains the various stages to be followed for becoming a successful entrepreneur in a very lucid and elaborative manner. He focused on how students can step into Entrepreneurship during studentship itself for more benefits. He stressed on importance of networking, possible partnership with various agencies to transform an idea generated by the student to entrepreneurship.

The resource person Dr. Sujit Metre were felicitated by HOD Dr. Y.M. Jibhakate followed by vote of thanks given by Ms. Sakshi Padole. The comparing of the entire program was made by Ms. Neha Chikhale. Around 60 students and staff members were present during the seminar. Staff Incharge and office bearer of MEA put extra efforts for the success of the program. The program was concluded by the national anthem.
