"Essay Writing Competition On "Vigilance : Our Shared Responsibility"
The "Vigilance: Our Shared Responsibility" was the topic of essay writing
competition which was inaugurated on 29th October 2025 at 3:00 PM in Room
No. 227, organized by the Literary Club. This competition was conducted by the
Literary Club for all the students in association with UCO Bank KITS, Ramtek
to enhance their understanding of Vigilance.
The primary objective of the essay writing competition was to introduce students to the various cyber security aspects and to strengthen their communication skills. Students actively participated in the interactive demonstrations and expressed that the competition was beneficial as regards improving their communication skills and writing skills.
In this essay competition, around 30 students participated. First prize was awarded to Monali Rahangdale, second prize to Sejal Lende, third prize to Namrata Lokhande and appreciation prize to Lekhani Tiple.
Dr. Pankaj S. Ashtankar, Dean (Student Activities),Mrs. Shilpi M. Bose, Faculty In-charge, and the Club President Mr. Sujal Bisan worked hard for successful conduct of the event.
The Literary Club gratefully acknowledges the constant support and motivation from Sri. V. Srinivasa Rao, Honorable Secretary, Vodithala Education Society, Hyderabad, for encouraging such student-centric initiatives. The Club also extends heartfelt thanks to Dr. Avinash N. Srikhande, Principal, KITS Ramtek, for his guidance and encouragement in promoting academic and co-curricular excellence at the institute.
