The 7 R’s of Circular Economy: Transforming Waste into Value

The NCC Unit of KITS, Ramtek organized an awareness session on “The 7 R’s of Circular Economy” on 9th December 2025 in Room No. 132, Civil Department. A Total of 49 cadets attended the session, where ANO Lt. Rajat S. Yadav explained the concepts of Reduce, Reuse, Recycle, Recover, Repurpose, Rethink and Refuse, highlighting their significance in promoting sustainable living. The Cadets interacted actively, shared relevant examples, and clarified their queries, making the session informative and engaging. The NCC Unit gratefully acknowledges the encouragement of Sri V. Srinivasa Rao, Honorable Secretary, Vodithala Education Society, and extends sincere thanks to Dr. Avinash Shrikhande, Principal, KITS Ramtek, along with ANO Lt. Rajat S. Yadav Sir, for their consistent support. The program concluded with refreshments and a shared commitment among cadets to adopt the 7 R’s in daily life and promote environmental responsibility. The NCC Unit of KITS, Ramtek worked hard for the success of the program.
