One Day Workshop On Research Methodology
Research and Development Cell, Kavikulguru Institute of Technology and Science, Ramtek organized a one day workshop on Research Methodology for the faculty on March 18, 2023in association with Institute Innovation Council(IIC) and Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC).
Aim of the workshop was to create awareness among the faculty and gain more knowledge about research related activities like proposal drafting, various sources of funding and writing a research paper for a reputed journal.
The workshop was inaugurated by chief guest Dr. V.A. Mhaisalkar Retired Professor, VNIT, Nagpur and guest of honors for the workshop were Dr. Anant M. Pande, Retired Director, R&D, YCCE, Nagpur and Dr. Rahul Ralegaonkar, Professor, VNIT, Nagpur.
Dr. Avinash N. Shrikhande, Principal, KITS, Ramtek explained the importance of research in academic fields and also appealed to all the participants to take on projects related to rural development.
Dr. V.A. Mhaisalkar had given emphasis on Industry-Institute partnership and its benefits to the institutes and industries.
Dr. Rahul Ralegaonkar talked on research proposal funding from various government and non-government organizations and also more emphasized on rural development through the project.
Dr. A.M. Pande guided participants regarding publication of papers in reputed journals like SCI, SCOPUS etc.
Dr. Satish K. Bhele, Dean (R&D) worked as Coordinator and Dr. Y.M. Jibhakate, IQAC Coordinator, Dr. D.C. Katpatal, Mr. Shripad Ksheersagar, Dr. Snehal Malode, Dr. U.B. Hatwar, Mr. Gaurav Divtelwar, Dr. Heena Ansari, Mrs. Anjali Narad worked hard for the success of the Workshop.
