National Sports Day Celebration at Gym Building, KITS, Ramtek, on 29th August 2023
On the occasion of The National Sports Day Celebration, our NSS Unit and Department of Physical Education, KITS Ramtek, jointly organized sports activity on 29th August 2023 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Gym Building, KITS, Ramtek. Honrable Prime minister Shri Narendra Modi has launched “Fit India Movement” on 29th August 2019, the auspicious day as National Sports Day.
NSS Unit has conducted various sports activities like Badminton, Table tenis, Chess and Caroom on sports day. Total 40 students are participated in sports activities.Prizes were given to the winners and runners of various sports. Principal Dr.Avinash N.Shrikhande motivated to conduct the event and provide all support to make this sports event a grand success. The program became successful with the cooperation of Dr. U.B. Hatwar, Programme Officer, NSS Unit, NSS volunteers and Mr. Dinesh Joshi, Staff in charge, Department of Physical Education, under the guidance of Dr. Avinash. N. Shrikande, Principal and Dr. Pankaj Ashtankar, Dean Student Activities, KITS Ramtek.
