Expert Lecture on “Working in IT Environment” by Mrs. Kalpalatha V. Iyer
The Department of Information Technology of KITS, Ramtek conducted an Expert Lecture on “Working in IT Environment” on 18th March 2024 from 03:00 PM to 05:00 PM in Chhatrapati Shivaji Hall.
The expert was Mrs. Kalpalatha V. Iyer, Retired Product Manager and 30+ years of rich experience in IT services.
The expert was heartily welcomed by Mrs. Saroj Shambharkar, Head,ITD and Mr. Sachin Y. Meshram, event coordinator followed by introduction of expert by Head of the department.
There were total 130 participants including 123 students, 5 faculty members and 2 technical staff in the lecture. The speaker explained the working culture in IT industry, technical and non-technical skill needed in IT industry, aware the stress management in the company and how to work healthy.
The lecture delivery was effective and informative. The students participated enthusiastically. The speaker covered all aspects on working culture in IT companies.
